SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA

We are delighted to offer free shipping in Canada. You order will be shipped out via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS etc. All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday to Friday (except holidays and weekends). You will be notified via email or phone if there is a longer delay and have the option to cancel your order. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. The customer will be required to sign for the delivery or go to the nearest postal depot if they are not home, as the delivery notice will be in the mail or on your door.

1% of the population is not covered by our free shipping sadly. We do not ship for free to:  Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).  We do not ship for free to remote areas in each of the 10 provinces. Please contact us for a personalize shipping charge quote for these locations and we will make every effort possible to bring you the maximum value. We will work with you and our shipping partners to find you a competitive price.

Remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve. Examples are: Towns far from a shipper’s hub, Towns that are infrequently served by shippers, Canada Post Air Stage Locations (where mail must be airlifted at certain times of the year). Only Standard shipping is available when the shipping address is a remote location. Please allow an additional 5 – 9 days for delivery to these locations.

All of our shipping is from Canada, so no customs fee to customers. We ship in Canada exclusively.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Your buying experience is our number one priority. If for any reasons a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we commit ourself to inform you as soon as possible and will help you select a new product if you are interested or you have the option to cancel your order.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made through PayPal includes credit card via PayPal, all payments must include a physical street shipping address made via PayPal.

NOTE

For furniture orders, the customer will be contacted via email or phone to arrange a date and time slot for the delivery.
